All returns must be completed within 30 days from the date of purchase. All returned merchandise must be in its original mint and resalable condition. Returns of damaged, scratched, burnt, or otherwise ‘played with’ merchandise will not be accepted.

All returns and exchanges of products purchased through ModRobotics.com must be authorized. Contact us at support@modrobotics.com so we can verify your purchase and assign you a return number. Once your return is authorized, you will be given shipping instructions for sending back your items for return. Returns must include all accessories which come with your purchase. This includes any charge cables, instructions, brick adapters, Cubelets Containers, etc.
