Our warranty covers all of our products for up to one year after your purchase date. The one-year warranty applies to any Cubelet or MOSS products purchased directly from us or from one of our verified resellers. Please note that our warranty does not cover products that were purchased secondhand, which includes 3rd Party Amazon Sellers unaffiliated with a supported vendor as well as eBay sales.

If your Cubelets or MOSS component stops working, falls in the fish tank, or gets chewed on by a bear, we’re happy to repair or replace it for you.  We reserve the right to reject Cubelets or MOSS components that have been intentionally abused. Please do not attempt to dismantle your Cubelets blocks! Doing so will void your warranty.

To begin a warranty request, please contact support@modrobotics.com with an attached proof of purchase to validate your warranty. Please also include a detailed explanation of the issue affecting your Cubelet, since we may be able to help you fix the problem at home!

If we are unable to troubleshoot the issue, you will be asked to mail in your nonworking components in order to take advantage of our warranty program. We ask customers to cover inbound shipping costs to our office, and Modular Robotics will pay the shipping cost returning the repaired item or a replacement to you.
