Terms and Conditions.

The terms and conditions set forth in this document will govern all transactions between the Educator and Modular Robotics.

Delinquent Payment:
Payment by check is due within 30 days. If a payment is received after 30 days, the Educator will then be required to pay up front for any further orders.

Notice of Defects/Returns During Shipping:
The Educator must make any claims of defects relating to damage during shipping, shortages, quality, or order specification within the first 7 days after the receipt of merchandise. It is the responsibility of Educator to inspect shipments upon receipt, that all merchandise delivered matches its order.

Returns:
Returns are only allowed in the event of a problem in quality or specification and with authorization by the Account Manager at Modular Robotics, reached at accounts@modrobotics.com.

Warranty:
Products are covered for one year from the date of purchase by Educator. If your item is defective or malfunctioning, we would be happy to attempt to resolve your issue. Technical issues can often be resolved without the need to ship things back to us. If the Educator requires technical assistance, please contact us at support@modrobotics.com.

Jurisdiction:
Any transactions with Modular Robotics are governed by the laws of Colorado.

Agreement and Acknowledgement:
Educator has carefully read and agree to these Terms and Conditions. BY SIGNING BELOW YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD AND ACCEPT ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS IN THIS DOCUMENT. Signatures must be by an authorized representative of your organization.
